Delivery and Return Condition
Orders are shipped via our contracted cargo partner Yurtiçi Kargo.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
Shipping cost is freight collect and paid by the recipient upon delivery.
International shipments are handled via Aramex.
Delivery time varies depending on destination country.
All international shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
The seller is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by destination authorities.
Customers may collect their orders directly from our company address during business hours by prior appointment.
Responsibility for the product passes to the buyer upon delivery or pickup.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
In any case, delivery shall not exceed 30 days as required by Turkish consumer law.
Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If visible damage exists:
Do not accept the package.
Request a damage report from the cargo company.
Inform us within 24 hours.
Due to the industrial nature of copper bars:
Returns are accepted only if the product is:
Defective
Damaged during shipment
Incorrect item delivered
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to industrial materials prepared upon order in accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation.
Returned products must:
Be unused
In original condition
Include invoice and delivery documents
Return shipping costs:
Seller error → covered by seller
Customer-initiated return → covered by customer
Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection and approval.
