This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically via the website.

The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the legal time limit of 30 days.
Shipping cost is paid by the buyer directly to the cargo company upon delivery.
The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, according to Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation, withdrawal right may not apply to:
Custom-made products
Industrial materials prepared upon order
If applicable, the withdrawal process must be initiated via written notice.
If the withdrawal right is exercised:
Payment will be refunded within 14 days
Refund is made using the same payment method
In case of dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Republic of Turkey are authorized.
